Who do you use to delivery my order?

We use both Royal Mail and Hermes to delivery your orders, both are sent 2nd class. Should you wish to add to an existing order you have made, then let us know before dispatch has been confirmed for your original order. 

 

What are Turnaround Times? 

Turnaround times are what it takes from when we receive your order to the time it is dispatched from us. This time does not include delivery. Turnaround times also don't include weekends and bank holidays. Should your order be over £100 this may take us a day or two days on top of the turnaround time to complete. if you have a question about this then drop us a message on the contact us page and we will get back to you within 48hours.

How and with what are my items made?

All items are made using our CNC or Laser machines and designed in our cad software.  Most of the items we make are out of quality MDF to which ever thickness you have chose, ranging from 3mm to 18mm. Colours of MDF may vary. We also use high grade birch ply wood for some of our items. With Birch ply we endeavour to ensure there are no, or as little knots as possible in the wood we have however, as the wood is natural it isn't always possible to avoid knots and these may be visible in some pieces. Also, on occasion where knots have been removed our wood manufacturer may insert a blank piece of ply to cover the knot.
