Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and a none custom order such as where a name is engraved. you will need you order confirmation, such as the email.
To start a return, you can contact us at craftyblanksandsigns@gmail.com with your order number and details . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, but no later than 48 hours to report items defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom made pieces, personalised pieces with names engraved. Please get in touch though should you have questions or concerns about your specific items prior to ordering.
Exchanges
Should you receive your items and not fully satisfied or if the item is defective. Please get in touch and we will do everything we can to put it right for you and correct the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned order/items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.
