Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us.

All orders are processed within the current turnaround time given on the homepage at the time your order is received by us. This is when full payment for the whole order has been received. This time does not include weekends and bank holidays. 

Once orders have been paid in full, we will then select which carrier we will use to send your orders to you. this depends on the size and weight of your order and will either be Hermes or Royal Mail. Occasionally we ay have to select an alternative carrier should an order be to big for one of our usual carriers to accept. 

Shipping is charged as per value of your order and defined at checkout, as to what price shipping will be. 

Delivery 

Should the carrier, Royal Mail, Hermes or a selected carrier by us be unable to delivery your item due to the address not been sufficient or repeated failed deliveries then, the order will be refunded on return back to us. On this occasion we would not be able to refund the cost of postage for failed deliveries.
